A dream in progress
The mobile maternity boutique
What if the boutique could come to the women, instead of the other way around?
Sometimes a dream starts with a prayer.
For two years I’ve been asking the Lord to show me a creative way to reach more expectant mothers. How can I help women understand the value of support through pregnancy, labor and postpartum? How can I build relationships with them before they’re in the middle of labor, wondering where to turn? I am not a social media content creator. I needed another door.
Over time I started noticing a gap in something very practical: maternity clothing. And I began to wonder what it would look like to bring back the personal shopping experience through a maternity boutique. Then the idea grew a little bigger.
Two gaps, one answer
Why a boutique on wheels
Maternity clothing
We don’t see maternity stores the way we used to. Many women shop online, ordering clothes without knowing how they’ll fit, feel or look on a changing body. No chance to browse, try things on, or get personal help finding what works.
Birth education & support
One of the hardest parts of serving as a doula is reaching the women who need education and support before they find themselves in labor, wondering where to turn.
Picture a charming renovated vintage camper visiting local communities, pop-up events, markets and shows. A place where expectant mothers can find clothing, connect with someone who understands birth, ask questions, learn about pregnancy and postpartum, and discover the support available to them.
Starting mobile means beginning without the cost of a traditional storefront, while bringing the business straight to the communities I want to serve.
The bigger purpose
Building something that serves more women over time
I want to serve women who can’t afford to hire a doula. A business that earns income can become a foundation for making doula care more accessible to lower-income families, and help fund my continued training as I work toward becoming a midwife.
I don’t want the dream to stop with what I can personally afford to do today.

I don’t have every detail figured out yet. But I have a vision that has been growing for more than two years, a heart for the women I serve, and a willingness to take the next step and see where the Lord leads.
What if this is the beginning?
